| 摘 要： | 尼莫地平和ＳＯＤ是两种新的抗外伤性脑继发性损害的药物，在豚鼠局灶性脑损伤模型上试用该两种药物，测定脑含水量，灶周伊文斯兰渗出，血ＣＫ，Ｃａ＾＋和ＬＤＨ的含量以及光镜和电镜病理检查，以观察它们的药效，结果发现，两药对脑继发性损伤均有一定的疗效，其中尼莫地平较好。

| Abstract: | Both Nimodipine and SOD are two new drugs for treating traumatic secondarybrain damage.They were tried on the model of regional brain injury in Guinea pigs.Their effectswere assessed not only by measuring the brain water content,Evans blue extravasation,bloodCK,Ca2+ and LDH value,but also by comparing histopathological findings under the light andelectronic microscopes.The results showed that both the drugs have a certain effect on secondarybrain damage and that the effect of Nimodipine is more desirable. |
