| 摘 要： | 1983～1984两年从长春市发生的手足口病患儿的血及疱疹中分离出病毒,经鉴定均为柯萨基A组16型病毒。患儿恢复期的血清对柯萨奇A_(16)型病毒的中和抗体均比急性期高4倍以上。

| Abstract: | The viruses isolated from the blood and herpetic fluid of children with the hand-foot and mouth disease during 1983 and 1984 in Changchun were identified to be Coxsackie A16.The titer of anti-coxsackie A16, neutralizing antibodies in the patients'serum during the convalescent period (phase) was four times higher than that during the acute period (phase) . |
