| 摘 要： | 本文对环磷酰胺（ＣＰ）的致畸性和染毒程序进行探讨。用１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ剂量分ｄ１０和ｄ１０、ｄ１１两组进行腹腔注射，使孕鼠体重增长受抑、死胎，吸收胎增加、并出现大量畸胎，表明ｄ１０（ｉｐ）１０ｍｇ组环磷酰胺具有母体毒性，胚胎毒性和致畸性。初步确定，孕鼠妊娠ｄ１０，一次注射１０ｍｇ／ｋｇＣＰ溶液是较为合适的染毒时间和致畸剂量。

| Abstract: | The
Investigation of teratoglenicity effect of Cyclophosphamide was evaluated with various dosage
schedules in rats.Cyclophosphamide was administered ip l0mg/kg at the l0th day and l0-llth
day after gestation.The results showed that the body weight gains of pregnant rats
decreased,dead and absorbed fetuses increased and found many tertogenys,It showed
Cyclophosphamide posses maternal toxicity,embryotoxicity and teratogenicity.We had defined
that Cyclophosphamid l0mg/kg once administered by ip,at l0th day in gestation of rats was
appropriate teratogenic dose and exposing fime. |
