| 摘 要： | 目的探讨院外延续管理对接受特异性免疫疗法治疗过敏性哮喘患儿的作用。方法选取我院2007年10月至2009年3月过敏性哮喘患儿156例,按随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规出院指导,观察组在常规出院指导的基础上实施院外延续管理。将两组患儿出院时与出院1年后患儿及其家长哮喘相关健康知识的掌握情况、患儿遵医行为以及哮喘控制效果（children asthma control test,C-ACT）评分进行比较。结果观察组患儿家长哮喘相关健康知识的掌握情况、患儿遵医行为及哮喘控制效果优于对照组患儿及其家长（P〈0.05）。结论院外延续管理有利于提高特异性免疫疗法对过敏性哮喘患儿的治疗效果。
