| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳癌术后一期再造乳房的适应证并比较再造的术式。方法术前运用冷冻切片、局部穿刺病理检查和同位素检测的方法,对即时乳房再造提供依据。然后运用背阔肌肌皮瓣和横行腹直肌肌皮瓣行乳房再造。结果6例再造乳房形态良好,肿瘤尚未见复发。结论对前哨淋巴结的术前检测可以为即时乳房再造提供依据,而带蒂横行腹直肌肌皮瓣(TRAM瓣)更适宜乳房再造。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the indication for immediate breast reconstruction after radial mastectomy and to compare the different reconstruction methods.Methods Immediate breast reconstruction was planned based on the preoperative examination results of frozen section,core needle biopsy,and isotope detection. Latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flaps and transverse rectus abdominal musculocutaneous flaps(TRAM) were used for breast reconstruction.Results 6 cases were treated with good cosmetic result.No relapse was observed.Conclusion Immediate breast reconstruction may be planned according to the preoperative sentinel lymph node biopsy.TRAM flap is the most suitable method for breast reconstruction. |
