颌骨骨折功能恢复的相关因素分析

目的:比较钛板坚强内固定术和颌间牵引修复颌骨骨折的疗效,分析颌骨骨折术后影响功能恢复的相关因素。方法:124例颌骨骨折患者,采用口内或口外入路手术,以钛板坚强内固定或联合颌间牵引进行修复,术后随访6～12个月,X线检查骨折愈合情况。实验数据采用SPSS10.0统计软件进行Ridit分析。结果:钛板坚强内固定联合颌间牵引组治愈41例、显效8例、无效4例,钛板坚强内固定组治愈33例、显效6例、无效3例,颌间牵引组治愈7例、显效11例、无效11例。经Ridit分析,P<0.01,有统计学意义,三者有显著性差异。结论:采用钛板对颌骨骨折进行坚强内固定,可使其达到早期功能复位与重建的良好效果。如联合颌间牵引,则效果良好。

Analysis of the factors affecting functional recovery of jaw fracture

PURPOSE:To observe the clinical effect of internal fixation with titanium plate and intermaxillary traction to treat jaw fracture,and analyse the correlative factors affecting recovery of function after treatment.METHODS:124 patients with jaw fractures were treated with titanium plate and/or intermaxillary traction in rigid internal fixation and were followed up for 6 to 12 months.Bone healing of these cases was observed through X-ray examination.The data was analyzed with SPSS10.0 software package for Ridit analysis.RESULTS:In the group of patients with titanium plate and intermaxillary traction,41 cases had excellent result,8 cases had good results,while 4 cases failed to the treatment.In the group of patients with titanium plate,33 cases had excellent results,6 cases had good results,while 3 cases failed to the treatment.In the group of patients with intermaxillary traction,7 cases had excellent results,11 cases had good results,while 11 cases failed to the treatment.Three was significant difference among the 3 groups(P<0.001) .CONCLUSION:As a method for treatment of jaw fracture,RIF reduces time of treatment.RIF combined with intermaxillary traction can achieve good results.
