磷酸肌酸联合三磷酸胞苷二钠治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病合并心肌损害的临床研究

目的观察磷酸肌酸(Pcr)联合三磷酸胞苷二钠(CTP)治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)合并心肌损害的疗效。方法62例HIE合并心肌损害的患儿随机分为治疗组32例,对照组30例。两组常规治疗相同,对照组加用复方丹参注射液,治疗组加用Pcr和CTP。对两组患儿的心电图和心肌酶谱恢复正常率、神经行为评分(NB-NA)、主要症状与体征恢复时间及住院时间等进行比较分析。结果治疗组患者的心电图恢复正常率、心肌酶谱恢复正常率、NBNA评分、症状体征恢复时间及住院时间与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Pcr联合CTP治疗HIE合并心肌损害疗效显著,安全有效。

Phosphocreatine with Cytidine Disodium Triphosphate in Treatment of Neonates with Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy Merged with Myocardial Injury: A Clinical Study

Objective To observe the effect of phosphocreatine(Pcr) with cytidine disodium triphosphate(CTP) in treatment of new-born babies with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) complicated by myocardial injury.Methods 62 HIE neonates complicated by myocardial injury were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32) and control group(n=30).The treatment group were treated with Pcr combined with CTP while the control group with complex danshen injection beside that.Results Recovery of ECG and myocardial enzymes as well as clinical presentations were more rapid in the treatment group than in the control group,and NBNA scores on the 5th day and the 10th day increased markedly in the theatment group compared with those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Pcr combined with CTP has obvious efficiency in the theatment of HIE complicated with myocardial injury.
