摘    要:目的:观察维脑康(WNK)对小鼠获得性记忆与巩固性记忆障碍的保护作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为空白对照组、哈伯因组、达纳康组、WNK(11、22、44mg/kg)组,连续给药15日,给药14日时采用东莨菪碱、利血平、氯丙嗪、亚硝酸钠、乙醇造成小鼠记忆障碍,15日观察各组小鼠跳台或避暗的错误次数与潜伏期。结果:WNK可不同程度的减少模型小鼠错误次数,延长潜伏期。结论:WNK对化学损伤造成的小鼠获得性、巩固性和再现性记忆障碍有改善作用。

Abstract:Aim:To observe the protective effects of Weinaokang(WNK) on acquired/consolidated dysmnesia in mice models. Methods: Mice were divided into control, Huperzine, Tanakan and WNK (11, 22 and 44mg/kg, respectively) groups and continuously administrated with the above-mentioned drugs for 15 days. On the 14th day of the study, mice models of dysmnesia were established by treating with scopolamine, reserpine, chlorderazin, sodium nitrite and alcohol, respectively. On the 15th day, the error numbers and latencies of mice in each group were observed in step-through test or step-down test. Results: WNK could decrease the error numbers and prolong the latencies of dysmnesia mice in different drug-administrated groups. Conclusion: WNK has beneficial effects on acquired/consolidated dysmnesia induced by chemical injury.
