| 摘 要： | 目的了解海南省鲜水产品中香港海鸥菌污染状况为饮食工作提供依据。方法 2008年10月～2009年8月于海口市农贸市场采集520份鲜水产品及砧板涂抹拭子119份,用改良头孢哌酮麦康凯进行分离,API20E、API20NE和VITEC2 GN鉴定。结果在检测的639份样品中未分离到香港海鸥菌,检出21株人苍白杆菌。结论海南鲜水产品尚未发现受到香港海鸥菌污染,但存在人苍白杆菌污染,应加强对香港海鸥菌和人苍白杆菌的监测。

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate the status of contamination of fresh water fishes by Laribaeter hongkongensis in Hainan. Methods There 520 fresh water fish samples and 119 share scribble swab samples were collected and from October 2008 to August 2009 and Laribacter hongkongensis was isolated by modified Mac - LonkeyAgar （with eefoperazone added） and identified by AP I 20E, AP I 20NE and VITEC2 GN. Results Larlbacter hongkongensis was not deteetred in all the 639 samples. Conclusion Though Laribacter hongkongensis is not detected from freshwater fish samples,but monitoring work still be conducted. |
