超声心动图在感染性心内膜炎诊断中的价值(附52例分析)

目的探讨超声心动图（ECHO）在感染性心内膜炎（IE）诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析52例IE患者的临床和ECHO资料。结果IE多发生于原有器质性心脏病（以风湿性和先天性心脏病为主）基础上；赘生物在附着位置、大小、形态及随病程变化等方面都具有其超声特点；ECHO可检出瓣膜脱垂、腱索断裂、瓣膜穿孔、瓣周脓肿等心脏内并发症。结论ECHO在IE患者的基础心脏病因诊断、诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗指导及预后判断等方面均具有重要的临床价值。

Value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of endocarditis:Analysis of 52 cases

ObjectiveTo study the clinical value of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of endocarditis(IE).Methods The clinical and echocardiography data of 52 cases of IE were reviewed.Results IE developed mainly on the basis of primary heart diseases,especially on rheumatic heart disease and congenital heart disease.Vegetation had some echocardiographic characteristics,including different intracardiac location,different shapes and sizes,etc.IE resulted in many intracardiac complications including valve prolapse,chordal rupture,perforation of cardiac valve and abscess formation.Conclusion Echocardiography can detect possible indication,vegetation and intracardiac complications of endocarditis and it plays a pivotal role in management and prognosis of IE.
