高血糖对急性脑梗死的影响

目的　探讨急性期脑梗死患者血糖升高对预后的影响及与病变部位的关系。方法　将 2 80例急性脑梗死患者分为糖尿病组、高血糖组、正常血糖组进行预后分析 ,并对脑梗死程度与血糖水平的关系进行研究 ,分析高血糖组血糖水平与病变部位的联系。结果　糖尿病组和高血糖组治疗总有效率与正常血糖组比 ,前二者明显低于后者 ;血糖水平越高 ,梗塞范围越大 ;病灶越靠近中线血糖水平越高。结论　糖尿病和高血糖对脑梗死的近期预后均有不良影响 ,血糖升高水平与病变部位有关。

Effects of Hyperglycemia on the Prognosis of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To study the effects of hyperglycemia on the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction,and the relationship between hyperglycemia and position of lesions on brain. Methods To divide 280 cases with acute cerebral infarctioninto three groups of diabetes,hyperglycemia and normal plasma glueose,and compared their prognosis.Studied the relationship between the hyperglycemia and the injury degree of acute cerebral infarction.Recorded nidus position of patients with hgperglycemia. Results The prognosis of diabetes group and hyperglycemia group were obviously worse than that of the normol plasma glucose group.The higher plasma glusose is ,the more area of lesions on brain is.The increasing level of plasma glucose was apparent in nidus position which focus near midline of brain as compared with those far away from midline of brain. Conclusion The prognosis is not good in the acute cerebral infarction with the diabetes and the hyperglycenia.The level of hyperglycemia is markable difference in nidus postition.
