面孔表情加工的事件相关电位研究

摘    要:目的 探讨正常中老年人面孔加工表情效应所诱发的事件相关电位(ERP)时空模式特点,探索面孔加工的脑机制以及脑卒中后抑郁对情绪ERP的临床评估。方法 25名受试者从事简笔画面孔表情识别任务。实验采用单因素(3种表情:正性、中性、负性)重复测量析因设计和双侧配对t检验进行逐对比较(Bonferroni校正),利用统计参数映像呈现结果。结果 显著的表情效应分别于3个时段出现在不同的头皮区域:后顶区和双枕区(280~340ms),左额区(400—420ms)和右额区(480~500ms)。正性与中性表情的差异分别于4个时段相继出现在不同的头皮区域:右额顶颞区和左前额区(60~80ms),右枕区(120~140ms),左枕区(280~320ms)和左额顶区(400~440ms)。负性与中性表情的差异分别于5个时段相继出现在不同的头皮区域:右枕区(120~140ms),中央额顶区(220~240ms),中央顶区(280-300ms),左顶和右额颞区(320~340ms)和额顶枕颞区(480~500ms)。结论 面孔表情加工是涉及广泛脑区的动态演化过程,不同情绪的脑加工通路是不同的。

Abstract:Objective To explore spatiotemporal patterns features of event-relate d potentials (ERP) induced by facial processing expression effect and to clinica lly evaluate emotion ERP by depression after stroke of middle and old-aged peopl e. Methods The ERP was recorded in 25 healthy subjects while they performed fac ial recognition task. The one-way (3 expressions: positive, neutral and negative ) ANOVA of repeated-measures and two-side samples t-test were applied with stati stical parametric mapping (SPM). Results This significant facial expression e ffects occurred separately in posterior parietal and bilateral occipital areas ( 280~340 ms), left frontal (400~420 ms) and the right frontal areas (480~500 ms). There were four significant different "emotion-wave" between positive and neutr al emotion wave: the right fronto-partial-temporal and left prefrontal area (60~ 80 ms), right occipital areas (120~140 ms), left occipital areas (280~320 ms), a nd left fronto-partial region (400~440 ms). There were five significant differen t "emotion-wave" between negative and neutral emotion wave: right occipital area s (120~140 ms), central fronto-partial region (220~240 ms), central partial regi on (280~300 ms), left partial and right temporal-partial region (320~340 ms) and fronto-partial-temporal-occipital region (480~500 ms). Conclusion The spatiote mporal patterns of ERP suggests the information processing of facial expression involves extensive brain regions dynamically.
