经口气管插管患者不同药液口腔护理效果比较

目的:探讨用双氧水 呋喃西林对经口气管插管患者进行口腔护理的效果。方法:将114例经口气管插管行机械通气患者随机分为实验组58例和对照组56例。对照组按常规用生理盐水进行口腔护理,实验组用双氧水 呋喃西林进行口腔护理,定期观察并记录两组发生口臭、口腔炎症、肺部感染的例数。结果:实验组发生口臭、口腔炎症、肺部感染的例数与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:用双氧水 呋喃西林对经口气管插管患者以擦洗法进行口腔护理,可减少或控制口咽部细菌寄居数,预防或减轻呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的发生。

Comparison of the effective outcome of nursing care for oral cavity of patient with orotracheal intubation by using different solution of drugs

Objective: To explore the effective outcome of hydrogen peroxide combined with solution of Furacillin in nursing care for oral cavity of patient with orotracheal intubation.Methods: One hundred and fourteen patients with mechanical ventilation by orotracheal intubation were randomly divided into experiment group(n=58) and control group(n=56).Normal saline was only used for oral care in control group and hydrogen peroxide combined with solution of Furacillin was applied in experiment group.Occurrence of ozostomia,stomatitis and lung infection was regularly observed and recorded.Results: There was significant difference in the comparison of occurrence of ozostomia,stomatitis and lung infection between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: It can reduce and control growth of bacteria and prevent from ventilator-related pneumonia to apply nursing care for oral cavity with hydrogen peroxide combined with solution of Furacillin by scrubbing method.
