黄芪对大鼠急性肺损伤早期血管内皮生长因子表达的影响

目的探讨油酸诱导大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)早期血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的变化及黄芪对VEGF和ALI的影响。方法将18只Wistar大鼠随机分成3组:正常组、油酸组、黄芪组。测定支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)及血浆VEGF的水平,观察肺组织病理形态学变化。结果油酸组大鼠BALF中VEGF的水平较正常组和黄芪组显著降低(P<0.01),而血浆VEGF的水平显著增加(P<0.05),BALF与血浆VEGF的表达有明显的相关性(r=-0.522,P<0.05)。结论ALI早期BALF及血浆VEGF的水平可反映肺损伤的严重程度,黄芪对ALI具有一定的治疗作用。

Effects of Astragalus Mongholicus on Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in the Early Stage of Acute Lung Injury in Rats

Objective To explore the changes of the expression of vascular endothelial growthfactor(VEGF)in the early stage of acute lung injury(ALI)induced by oleic acid and the influences of astragalus mongholicus on VEGF and ALI.Methods Eighteen Wistar rats were randomly and equally divided into 3 groups,including normal group,oleic acid group and astragalus mongholicus group.VEGF concentration in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) and plasma were measured and the pathological changes of lung tissue were observed.Results The expression of VEGF in BALF of oleic acid group was smaller than that in normal group and astragalus mongholicus group(P<0.01),in a manner opposite to that in plasma.There was a significant correlation between BALF and plasma VEGF levels(r=-0.522,P<0.05).Conclusion VEGF concentration shows a high degree of correlation with pathological changes of lung tissue,and may serve as a useful marker for monitoring ALI.Astragalus mongholicus is a valid drug for ALI.
