输尿管镜技术临床应用637例报告

目的总结输尿管镜技术的临床应用,探讨该技术的应用价值。方法回顾性分析637例（次）肾和输尿管结石、尿道狭窄、输尿管狭窄、尿道断裂、尿道结石等患者采用输尿管镜相关技术进行治疗的效果。结果输尿管镜下碎石术治疗输尿管结石523例,碎石成功率93.1%,其中在门诊局麻条件下完成78例,碎石成功率85.9%;行改良输尿管镜下筋膜扩张器治疗尿道狭窄23例,均顺利扩张,3例狭窄因狭窄段较长,后期改冷刀内切开联合电切术治愈;行微造瘘经皮肾镜碎石治疗肾结石、输尿管上段结石36例次,术后残石率19.4%;行输尿管镜下尿道会师术治疗后尿道断裂2例,输尿管镜下碎石治疗尿道结石16例,输尿管镜检查35例及输尿管镜扩张治疗输尿管狭窄2例均取得成功。结论输尿管镜相关技术适合治疗泌尿外科多种疾病,治疗效果良好,可广泛推广应用。

Clinical application and significance of ureteroscopic technique(report of 637 cases)

Objective To summarize the clinical experiences and significance of treating 637 cases with ureteroscopic technique.Methods The clinical data of 637 cases treated by ureteroscopic technique were reviewed and efficacies were explored.Results The stone free rate of 523 cases of ureteral calculi treated with ureteroscopy lithotripsy was 93.1%.Of them 78 cases operated under local anesthesia had a stone free rate of 85.9%.The curative rate of 23 case of urethral stricture treated with improved urethral sounding by fascia dilator and ureteroscopy was 87.0%.The stone free rate of 36 cases of renal or ureteral calucului treated by mini-percutaneous nephrolithotripsy was 80.6%.Urethral reunion operation for 2 cases with posterior urethral rupture,lithotripsy for 16 cases with urethral stone,examination for 35 cases,and ureteral sounding for 2 cases with ureterostemoma were all successfully conducted under ureteroscopy.Conclusions The ureteroscopic technique can be used to treat many urologic diseases,safely and effectively.
