| 摘 要： | 收集本科48例远中根严重龋坏、吸收的下颌第二磨牙,分根拔除远中根,保留近中根,联合第一磨牙作为桥基牙单端固定桥修复第二磨牙.修复5年后复查,总有效率92.4%,固定桥能正常行使咀嚼功能.远中根严重龋坏吸收的第二磨牙保留近中根,单端固定桥修复第二磨牙疗效好.

| Abstract: | Forty-eight cases of mandibular second molars with severe decay and absorption of distal root were collected.After the distal root was extracted by root separation and the mesial root was retained,the mandibular second molars were repaired in combination with the mandibular first molar as cantilever fixed bridge abutment.On reexamination five years later,the total effective rate was 92.4% and the fixed bridge could normally exercise the masticatory function.It is effective to use cantilever fixed bridge to ... |
