医务人员在手术室使用手机对手术环节的不良影响及对策

目的探讨医务人员在手术室使用手机对手术环节的不良影响,并提出对策,以保证手术顺利进行,减少不必要的医疗纠纷。方法从医务人员和患者以及医疗设备等方面分析手术室内使用手机的不良影响,并采取相应的策略。结果手术室内使用手机可扰乱手术工作人员思维、增加患者心理负担、干扰医疗设备安全、引发院内交叉感染。结论手术室内使用手机会对手术室工作人员、患者及医疗仪器设备造成不利影响,手术室管理者应切实执行管理职责,加强手机消毒管理,禁止或尽量避免医务人员在手术室使用手机。
