老年结核性胸膜炎临床特点

目的通过对老年结核性胸膜炎的临床症状、合并症、实验室检查、影像检查、延误诊情况进行分析,探讨老年结核性胸膜炎临床发病特点。方法对62例年龄在60岁及以上的结核性胸膜炎患者的临床资料进行分析。结果①临床症状不典型,以纳差、咳嗽咳痰及痰中带血较常见,与对照组比较P〈0.05。②合并症多,占87.7%,以心脑血管病最多见。③实验室检查无特异性。④胸部CT提示：胸膜粘连、肥厚明显,占58.1%。⑤就诊延误率达87.1%,就诊时间超过30天者明显高于对照组。结论掌握老年结核性胸膜炎临床发病特点,早期诊断,减少误诊,提高防治效果。

Clinical Features Senile Tuberculous Pleurisy

Objective Senile tuberculous pleurisy by clinical symptoms,complications,laboratory tests,imaging,delayed diagnosis were analyzed to explore the old clinical characteristics of tuberculous pleurisy.Methods Of 62 patients aged 60 and above in patients with tuberculous pleurisy analysis of clinical data.Results ① clinical symptoms not typical.To anorexia,cough,bloody sputum expectoration,and more common.And the control group P0.05.② more complications,accounting for 87.7%,to the most common cardiovascular diseases.③ No specific laboratory tests.④ chest CT Hint：pleural adhesions,hypertrophy significantly,accounting for 58.1%.⑤ 87.1% rate of treatment delay.Visiting time was significantly higher than 30 days.Conclusion Old master clinical characteristics of tuberculosis pleurisy,early diagnosis,reduce misdiagnosis and improve the control effect.
