| 摘 要： | 目的评价国产注射用利福平冻干粉针（维夫欣）治疗结核性脑膜炎的临床有效性和安全性,并与利福平胶囊比较。方法将55例肺结核患者随机分为利福平冻干粉针组和利福平胶囊组对照,观察疗效。结果利福平冻干粉针组疗效确切且较口服利福平组胃肠道副作用少,起效更快。结论利福平冻干粉针在结核性脑膜炎的治疗中具有局部药物浓度高,作用快,副作用小的特点,有较好的临床应用价值。
