| 摘 要： | 为探讨潮气末ＣＯ２分压监测的临床意义，对４５例慢性阻塞肺疾病并肺炎的患者ＰｅｔＣＯ２与ＰａＣＯ２、ＰａＣＯ２－ＰｅｔＣＯ２与病情严重程度的关系进行比较。结果显示：轻痉感染患者中，ＰｅｔＣＯ２和ＰａＣＯ２呈显著相关；而１５例并发呼吸衰竭等重症感染患者，两则无明显相关；

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the clinical implication of end tidal CO 2 pressure (Pet CO 2) monitoring, the relationship between Pet CO 2 and PaCO 2, and Pa CO 2 Pet CO 2 (Pa et CO 2) and the disease severity was studied in 45 COPD patients accompanied with pneumonia. In the mild infectious patients, Pet CO 2 was significantly correlated with Pa CO 2 ( P <0 01). While in the 15 severe infectious patients associated with pulmonary failure, no correlation between them was found ( P >0 05). These 15 patients showed a significant increase of Pa et CO 2 as compared with that in the mild infectious patients ( P <0 01). The results indicated that the changes of Pa et CO 2 in COPD patients combined with pneumonia could predict the occurrence of complication and evaluate the prognosis of the patients. |
