摘    要:目的:观察醒脑静注射液(xingnaojing injection,XNJI)对急性重度CO中毒大鼠海马神经元凋亡的防治作用.探讨其神经保护作用机制。方法:40只雄性SD大鼠随机分成CO中毒对照组和XNJI治疗组,每组各20只,采用TUNEL染色和透射电镜检测大鼠脑组织的细胞凋亡情况。结果:CO中毒组大鼠海马发生迟发性神经元凋亡,病理损害明显:XNJI治疗组凋亡神经元明显减少,病理损害明显.尤以染毒后3d和5d明显(P<0.05)。结论:XNJI可显著抑制急性CO中毒大鼠海马神经元凋亡,具有保护神经元的作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of intravenous xingnaojing injection(XNJI) on neuronal apotosis after acute severe carbon monoxide poisoning, and investigate its mechanism for neuronal apoptosis protective effect. Methods Forty Sprague Dawley male rats were randomly divided into CO exposed control(n=20)group and XNJI treated group(n=20). The brain tissue neuronal apoptosis was detected by the dye of terminal deoxynucleotidy1 transferase mediated dUTP biotin nick end labeling(TUNEL) and electron microscope. Results CO exposition could lead to the delayed neuonal apoptosis and markedly pathological impairment in rats. XNJI could effectively reduce the neuronal apoptosis and improve the pathological impairment induced by CO exposed poisoning in rats. Conclusions XNJI could effectively inhibit neuronal apoptosis and markedly decrease pathological damage after acute severe carbon monoxide poisoning.
