| 摘 要： | 目的为提高开放性颅脑伤伴海水浸泡患者的疗效,选择一种好的治疗方法。方法开放性颅脑伤伴海水浸泡患者35例,除常规治疗外,还采用高频喷射通气、高压氧、尼莫通等治疗。结果本组生存率为94%,颅内感染率为2.8%,疗效优于相关报告。结论采用高频通气、高压氧和钙离子拮抗剂治疗海水浸泡开放性颅脑伤是一种有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To find a selectable therapy of treating open craniocerebral injury combined with seawater immersion. Methods35 cases of open craniocerebral injury combined with seawater immersion received high-frequency jet ventilation (HFJV), hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) and medication of nimodipine as well as conventional treatment. Results The survival rate of this group was 94%, the rate of intracranial infection was 2.8%. The curative effect was better than that reported. Conclusion It is suggested that HFJV, HBO and calcium antagonist is an effective way in the treatment of open craniocerebral injury combined with seawater immersion. |
