| 摘 要： | 目的探讨四脑室区病变的MRI表现特点,提高对其诊断准确性。资料与方法回顾性分析52例四脑室区病变及其中10例误诊病例MRI资料。所有病例均经手术及组织病理学证实。结果 (1)52例中,髓母细胞瘤19例,室管膜瘤14例,毛细胞型星形细胞瘤8例,血管母细胞瘤5例,脉络丛乳头状瘤4例,表皮样囊肿1例,菊形团形成性胶质神经元肿瘤1例。(2)52例中,误诊10例,诊断准确率80.8%。常见病变各有其MRI特点,误诊率低,如髓母细胞瘤在扩散加权成像(DWI)上呈高信号,血管母细胞瘤伴流空血管信号等;少见病变诊断准确率有待提高。结论依据MRI的影像学征象(形态及强化方式等),病变发生部位(四脑室内或外),与邻近结构的关系,结合患者年龄,有利于提高对四脑室病变的诊断正确率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore MRI features of lesions in the fourth ventricle region and improve the diagnosis accuracy. Materials and Methods A total of 52 lesions(including 10 misdiagnosed cases)in the fourth ventricle region were investigated and analyzed with conventional MRI,Diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) and contrast-enhanced MRI.
