表面麻醉联合结膜下麻醉在抗青光眼术中的应用

目的 探讨表面麻醉联合结膜下麻醉对抗青光眼手术的可行性并分析其镇痛效果及优点。方法 对68例98眼抗青光眼手术应用表面麻醉联合结膜下麻醉，观察其麻醉效果及术中、术后并发症。结果 本组全部患眼均能达到理想的麻醉镇痛效果，顺利完成手术，同时避免了球后阻滞麻醉的一些潜在危险和并发症的发生。结论 表面麻醉联合结膜下麻醉对抗青光眼手术效果明显，术中无并发症发生，是一种有效、安全、简便、易行的麻醉选择。

Application of Superficial and Subconjunctival Anesthesia in Anti-glaucoma Surgery

Objective To investigate the feasibility of superficial plus subconjunctival anesthesia and analyse its analgesic effect and advantages in anti-glaucoma operation. Methods Anti-glaucoma operations with superficial plus subconjunctival anesthesia were conducted in 98 eyes of 68 patients. Its anesthesic effect and complications in and post operations were observed. Results The operations were successfully completed with satisfactory analgesic effect in the group of patients without such potential risks and complications as with retrobulbar block anesthesia. Conclusion Superficial plus subconjunctival anesthesia have significantly anesthesic effects for anti-glaucoma operation. There are no complications in the operations. It is a simple, safe, and convenient choice of anesthesia.
