| 摘 要： | 近年来,辅助生殖技术(ART)已成为治疗不孕、不育症的主要手段之一。在体外受精-胚胎移植周期中,正确评价卵巢储备功能及卵巢对控制性超促排卵治疗的反应性,有利于从疗效的角度筛选患者,制定最佳个体化超促排卵治疗方案,防止卵巢过度刺激征(OHSS)发生,减少患者不必要的经济和精神损失,进一步提高临床妊娠率。评价卵巢储备功能的指标较多,其可靠性还存在较多的差异,抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、抑制素B(INHB)及超声检查在预测卵巢储备功能方面发挥着重要的作用。
