伤科黄水促进大鼠创伤创面愈合的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究伤科黄水促进大鼠背部开放创面愈合的作用机理。方法雌性SD大鼠45只,体重250g~300g,随机分为伤科黄水组、呋喃西林组和生理盐水组。手术造模形成大鼠背部开放创面模型,术后每日分别以相应药物作用于刨面。于第3、5、7、9、15天对大鼠背部修复组织行大体及光镜观察;计算创面愈合率;检测大鼠血清TNF-α含量。结果伤科黄水组较对照组创面组织水肿轻、肉芽生长快、创面结痂快、修复疤痕薄;术后第3、7、15天创面愈合率明显提高(P〈0.05);光镜观察见成纤维细胞及新生毛细血管增生多,炎性细胞浸润早;大鼠血清中TNF-α含量明显增高(P〈0.05)。结论伤科黄水具有显著促进创伤创面愈合的作用.并与TNF-α水平适度增高存在一定关系。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect and mechanism of Shangkehuangshui as a treatment of wounded soft tissue. Methods Forty five female SD rats with weight of 250 g - 300 g, were randomly divided into three groups: Shangkehuangshui group, Nitrofural group, 0.9% NS group. Wounded soft tissue was made on the backside of rats. Homologous medicament was used everyday. And at the 3rd, 7th, 9th and 15th day after operation, biopsy of the tissue of the wounded area was made and the rate of rehabilitation was counted. TNF-α in the blood was detected. Results In the Shangkehuangshui group, the swelling of the soft tissue around the traumatic surface was lighter, the acestoma grew quicker, the surface of the wound scabbed quicker and the scar was thinner than those in the other two groups; at the 3rd, 7th, and 15th day after operation, the rehabilitation rate of the wounded soft tissue was absolutely higher (P 〈0.05); more basic fibroblasts and new blood capillaries, and inflammatory cells were found earlier by microscope than those in the other two groups. TNF-α was more obvious (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Shangkehuangshui can promote the surface wound recover, which has some relatiouship with the appropriate increase of TNF-α.
