| 摘 要： | 本文在探讨高等教育层次结构内涵的基础上，对现状进行分析：高等教育层次比例失衡，结构不合理，层次内部关系界限不清；提出相应对策，以构建一个合理的层次体系，培养满足社会发展所需的多样化的高素质人才。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the meaning of level structure of higher education,and analyses its actualities, It figures that the proportion of levels is unbalanceable,the structure is unsuitable,and the limit of inside relations is vague,According to the questions,strategy is brought up.We can design a suitable level system and cultivate many persons with ability,so it can meet the development of society. |
