米非司酮在绝经后妇女取环中的应用

目的探讨绝经期妇女取器前口服米非司酮促使宫颈软化的效果。方法实验组、对照组各84例,实验组取器前12 h口服米非司酮50 mg,观察两组宫颈大小,手术时间,出血量,疼痛指标及子宫肌瘤变化。结果实验组在宫颈大小,手术时间,出血量及疼痛均优于对照组,差异有显著性,子宫肌瘤服药前后无变化。结论绝经期妇女取器前口服米非司酮可作为宫颈软化的准备方法之一。

The application of mifepristone to IUDs removal in postmenopansal women

Objective To investigate the effect of oral mifepristone before IUDs removal on cervical softening in postmenopausal women. Methods Postmenopansal women who prepared to remove IUDS were divided into two groups. Eighty - four women in study group were given an oral dose of mifepristone 50mg and removed IUDs after 12 hours; 84 women in control group were removed IUDS without taking mifepristone before the operation. Cervical softening, the operating time for removal of IUDs, blood loss, pain scale and changes of hysteromyoma were compared be- tween two groups. Results Better cervical dilation, shorter operating time, less blood loss and pain were observed in study group than those in control group. However, no significant change in hysteromyoma was noted after taking mifepristone. Conclusion Mifepristone is one of the meth- ods for preoperative cervical preparation in postmenopausal women.
