| 摘 要： | 目的通过对病毒感染急性期患者抗病毒治疗前后外周血淋巴细胞亚群的检测,比较其差异,初步探讨病毒感染患者细胞免疫功能的变化及抗病毒治疗对宿主细胞免疫功能的影响。方法收集2010～2011年感染科收治的病毒感染急性期患者20例,使用流式细胞仪检测其外周血T细胞亚群,与正常对照组比较,分析其差异。选取其中10例患者,于抗病毒治疗1周后再次检测外周血T细胞亚群,比较治疗前后变化并分析其意义。结果与正常对照相比,病毒感染患者外周血B细胞减少,T细胞、CD8+T及CD8+CD38+T细胞比率及计数升高。抗病毒治疗1周后,患者白细胞、CD8+CD38+T细胞计数降低。结论病毒感染急性期患者体内存在T淋巴细胞亚群失衡和细胞免疫功能紊乱,而早期抗病毒治疗有助于减轻病毒感染导致的异常免疫激活和免疫损伤。
