| 摘 要： | 目的介绍肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤的临床特点,探讨该病的诊断与治疗方法。方法结合15例确诊病例及相关文献,总结肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤的诊疗经验。结果 8例行肾部分切除术,7例行肾切除术。病理结果为肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤,其中2例合并肾透明细胞癌,1例为双侧多发肿瘤。随访时间9个月至11年,肿瘤无转移或复发。结论肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤是一种良性肿瘤,术前诊断较困难。治疗首选保留肾单位手术。肿瘤具有多发倾向,且易合并肾恶性肿瘤,应密切随访。
