S晶型那格列奈降血糖作用的动物实验研究

摘    要:目的研究S晶型那格列奈对高血糖小鼠的降糖作用。方法采用腹腔注射2 g/kg葡萄糖致使小鼠形成高血糖血症。再灌喂S型那格列奈(100 mg/kg),测定给药20 min4、0 min、60 min的葡萄糖含量,并与H型那格列奈进行比较。结果第1次血糖测定模型组、H晶型那格列奈组、S晶型那格列奈组动物血糖水平明显高于正常对照组,H晶型那格列奈组、S晶型那格列奈组分别与模型组比较血糖均由明显下降;H晶型那格列奈组、S晶型那格列奈组给药40 min后(第2次)小鼠血糖值与模型对照组比较也明显下降,但S晶型那格列奈组给药40 min(第2次)后小鼠血糖值较H晶型那格列奈组降糖效果更明显,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论那格列奈具有显著降糖作用,S晶型那格列奈降糖作用较H晶型那格列奈明显,可供临床参考。
