| 摘 要： | 目的研究胆囊切除术和胆囊结石与结直肠癌之间的关系。方法选取近4年经病理证实的结直肠癌患者282例做为结直肠癌组,选择同期在我院体检的330人做为健康对照组,对两组资料进行回顾性分析,对比观察两组的胆囊结石患病率、胆囊切除百分率,并对年龄、性别、发病部位等因素作分析。结果结直肠癌组282例中,胆囊结石患病率明显高于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在胆囊切除术的手术百分率上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。60岁以上结直肠癌患者的胆囊结石患病率较对照组显著增高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结直肠癌组中在肿瘤部位、性别等方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胆囊结石是结直肠癌发病的高危因素。
