普贝生促足月妊娠孕妇宫颈成熟的观察与护理

目的探讨产科临床足月妊娠孕妇使用普贝生改善宫颈条件、提高引产成功率的效果与可行性。方法将72例孕37—41周单胎、头住、无阴道试产禁忌的孕妇阴道后穹隆横放置普贝生1枚,比较其应用前后宫颈条件的改善,观察用药后宫缩情况、宫缩发动时间、胎心胎动情况、胎儿娩出时间、分娩方式及新生儿出生情况。结果普贝生可有效、安全地用于促进宫颈成熟和提高引产成功率,耗时短、损伤小、方便、较易被待产妇及家属接受。结论在严密观察及确保药物的疗效和安全下,普贝生作为一种促宫颈成熟药物值得推广应用。
