| 摘 要： | 目的观察长期使用透明质酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法于2002年1～5月，选择本科门诊患者68例，予以透明质酸钠关节内注射进行治疗，每周1次，连续5周1疗程，每6个月重复1疗程。参照Lequesne评估法制定观察表，分析比较治疗前、后效果。结果本组68例，其中有58例患者获得随访，平均tar？15个疗程，总有效率87．2％，治疗前后关节功能评分自身比较差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论透明质酸钠适用于X线分级在IV级以下或Lequesne评分在14分以下的OA患者，长期关节内注射透明质酸钠可以获得安全、满意的疗效，而对于晚期关节结构改变严重的重度OA患者，长期疗效不满意。
