| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人性化护理对门诊包皮环切手术患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法选择我院门诊包皮环切手术患者162例．随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组实施一般门诊手术护理；干预组在对照组护理基础上实施以患者为中心的人性化护理。采用焦虑自评量表对患者术前以及术后焦虑症状进行评分；疼痛按照语言等级评定量表法评定；电话调查术后满意度。结果①干预组人性化护理干预后，焦虑评分明显下降（P〈0．05），与对照组相比，焦虑评分显著降低（尸〈0．05）。②干预组术中疼痛分级显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）。③干预组术后满意度较对照组高（P〈0．05）。结论人性化护理可以明显改善门诊包皮环切手术患者的焦虑和疼痛。提高服务质量。
