| 摘 要： | 目的调查门诊患者对用药指导的需求情况,为门诊药师发药提供参考。方法设计调查问卷,采取面对面调查方式随机抽取1 812名门诊患者进行调查,并进行统计分析。结果共回收调查表1 812份,被调查者更多关注药物不良反应、药物有效期、药物与饮食禁忌、用药方法或途径、用药时间选择等,不同年龄段、不同就诊情况、不同文化程度的患者关注内容略有差异。结论门诊患者更关注用药安全性和用药方法,门诊药师应有针对性的加强用药指导。
