| 摘 要： | 目的了解本院社区获得性下呼吸道感染病原菌分布、药敏情况,为社区获得性下呼吸道感染的抗菌药物临床治疗提供依据。方法回顾分析本院2007~2009年社区获得性下呼吸道感染住院的细菌培养为阳性并做药敏试验的病历,统计病原菌分布、药敏情况。结果共分离病原菌26种109株,革兰阴性菌(G-)16种65株占59.6%,革兰阳性菌(G+)8种40株占36.7%,真菌2种4株占3.7%。肺炎链球菌对青霉素的耐药率为14.3%,哌拉西林/他唑巴坦对铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼氏不动杆菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌等阴性杆菌有较高敏感性。结论随着病原体分布的变迁及耐药菌的增多,在治疗中对抗生素的选择应根据当地病原体的特点制定当地经验治疗方案。
