| 摘 要： | 目的探讨平肝胶囊对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)心肌细胞外基质(ECM)内胶原蛋白的影响及其意义。方法 50只14周龄雄性SHR随机分为5组,每组各10只,分别予以平肝胶囊高剂量、中剂量、低剂量、苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片和生理盐水灌胃,同时选同周龄的雄性Wistar-Kyoto大鼠(WKY)各10只作为对照。给药10周后采用Masson染色法观察大鼠心肌细胞大小及心肌胶原分布情况。结果 SHR空白组心肌胶原大量沉积;平肝胶囊高剂量组的胶原沉积情况与苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片组较为接近,且与WKY组相似。结论平肝胶囊具有改善高血压大鼠心肌组织内胶原沉积的作用,对防止高血压病心室结构的改变有重要意义。
