| 摘 要： | 目的评价临床护理路径在起搏器植入术病人中的应用效果。方法制定临床护理路径表，将60例起搏器手术病人随机分为观察组与对照组各30例。观察组的护理采用临床护理路径护理，对照组采用常规方法护理。结果观察组患者的平均住院天数、住院费用、并发症发生率明显低于对照组。对护理质量的满意度比对照组明显增高，两组研究结果有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论临床护理路径在起搏器植入术病人中的应用，能明显缩短住院日、降低住院费用、提高护理质量及患者的满意度。
