| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理配合在自攻型微种植体支抗植入手术中的重要性。方法对35例行自攻型微种植体支抗植入手术的固定正畸患者进行术前、术中及术后的专科特殊护理。结果35例患者共植入微种植体95颗，其中颊侧植入89颗，腭侧植入6颗。其中1颗种植体在植入时由于种植手柄损坏而导致失败，8颗种植体在受力后出现松动或脱落；3个月加载受力后存留率为90．5％。结论自攻型微种植体植入手术时良好的配合与护理，是保障种植支抗手术成功的重要因素。
