| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者排便的影响效果。方法对我科收治的40例急性心肌梗死患者随机分组，观察组在常规护理的基础上，进行疾病宣教及健康教育指导，对照组按疾病护理常规进行护理。结果观察组三天内排便率为60％，五天内排便率为95％；对照组三天内排便率为lO％，五天内排便率为50％。两组有显著差异（P〈O．05）。结论对急性心肌梗死患者采取护理干预措施，可以减少便秘率，避免患者因便秘而诱发的并发症。
