| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无痛胃镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术的护理配合及操作技巧。方法总结24例食管静脉曲张患者术中配合及围术期护理措施。结果患者套扎均在安全、无痛苦的状态下完成，1例苏醒延迟，无麻醉意外及并发症。结论无痛胃镜下套扎是一种安全有效、易被患者接受、无痛苦的治疗方法，良好和全面的护理是提高食管静脉套扎术成功的关键。
