| 摘 要： | 目的调查本院围手术期抗菌药物的预防应用情况,评估其用药合理性。方法对2009-01～2009-03本院161例围手术期患者预防性使用抗菌药情况进行回顾性调查,标准参照卫生部《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》。结果本院围手术期预防性使用抗菌药的比例为91.9%,无指征用药占27.9%,使用药物以头孢菌素为主(82.9%),多为单用(67.7%)4,1.6%的患者出院带药。结论本院手术患者预防性应用抗菌药物存在不合理现象,需要进一步加强围手术期抗菌药物的使用管理。
