| 摘 要： | 目的:评价农村社区高血压病的健康教育效果.方法:选取昆山市张浦镇2个自然村,于2007年始对社区高血压病例采取规范系统的疾病管理措施,包括多种形式的健康教育内容.在实施规范管珲干预前和1年后,采用问卷和体格检查.分别获取被管理病例对于防治高血压相关的知识、态度和行为的资料.结果:干预后高血压基本知识知晓率(55.94%～90.91%)显著高于干预前(44.1l%～75.21%)(P0.05).结论:在农村社区开展针对性的高血压相关知识的健康教育,对于高血压群体接受综合性规范治疗的遵医行为依从性具有一定作用.
