| 摘 要： | 目的：了解妇产科病人对隐私保护需求的状况，提出相应的护理对策。方法：自行设计问卷调查表，对120例妇产科病人的隐私需求进行调查。结果：大部分患者对隐私认识处于初级阶段，认为求诊、检查、护理、诊疗等途径可能泄露隐私，在隐私被泄露时有不同程度的心理反应。结论：护士应提高保护患者隐私的意识，做好隐私保护措施。

| Abstract: | Objective： To learn that it is necessary to protect the privacy of patients of obstetrics and gynecology department. Methods. Making surveys to the privacy demands of 120 cases of patients of obstetrics and gynecology department by designing a questionnaire_ Results： Most of the patients have elementary knowledge only. Conclusion： Nurses＇awareness of protecting patients＇ privacy should be enhanced. |
