| 摘 要： | 为解决扩增δ－受体基因屡次失败的问题，观察了在PCR体系加入不同浓度DMSO时对DNA扩增反应的影响。结果表明：一定浓度在DMSO可显著提高PCR扩增的特异性和扩增效率。
