正交设计在三七多糖提取中的应用

摘    要:目的优选三七多糖的提取工艺。方法设置四因素三水平正交实验提取三七粗多糖。结果最佳提取方案为:料水比=1∶40;提取次数3次;每次提取时间为3 h;醇沉浓度为乙醇浓度达2/3。结论正交实验后的最佳方案提取量稳定,方法简单、可行。

Abstract:Objective To select the optimum extraction scheme of polysaccharides in Pananx notoginseng.Methods The four-factor-three-level orthogonal experiment was done to extract Panax notoginseng polysaccharides.Results The optimum extraction scheme was as follows:Panax notoginseng to water=1∶40;extraction times:3 times;extraction period:3 hours.Conclusion The optimum scheme was stable in kextraction amount,simple in operation,and feasible in practice.
