合肥市高新技术开发区6类人群乙型肝炎认知水平调查

目的通过对合肥市高新技术开发区6类人群进行问卷调查，了解不同人群乙肝相关知识的掌握情况以及对待乙肝防治的态度，为科学干预提供依据。方法选择合肥市高新技术开发区6类人群，用整群抽样的方法进行现场问卷调查。结果调查对象对乙型肝炎相关知识的掌握率总体上低于70％，在传播途径中对血液传播和母婴传播的回答正确率较高，而对拔牙和纹身传播的回答正确率较低。6类人群对乙型肝炎相关知识的回答正确率差异存在统计学差异，乙型肝炎知识标准分得分从高到低，依次是：高中生、公务员、技术工人、社区居民、大学生、服务业人员。结论合肥市高新技术开发区6类人群乙肝认知水平不容乐观，应当有针对性的加强部分人群乙肝防治知识的宣传力度。

Investigation of Knowledge and Attitude on Hepatitis B Prevention Among Six Groups of People in a New and High Technology Industrial Development Zone of Hefei

Objective To explore the level of knowledge and attitude on hepatitis B prevention among six groups of people in a new and high technology industrial development zone of Hefei through questionnaire survey.Method Objects were selected through cluster sampling to conduct questionnaire survey.Results The total correct rate of response to knowledge about hepatitis B prevention was less than 70%.The correct rates of response to blood transmission and maternal-neonatal transmission were higher while the correct rates of response to tooth extraction transmission and tattooing transmission were lower.The standard scores of knowledge about hepatitis B prevention were statistically different among six groups of people;high school students ranked the first place in decreasing sequence,followed by civil servants,skilled workers,community inhabitants,undergraduate students,and service workers.Conclusions The cognition level of hepatitis B prevention among six groups of people in a high technology industrial development zone of Hefei is poor and it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda on hepatitis B prevention.
