加强临床实习生防范医疗纠纷能力的培养

目前医学院校对医学生法律知识教育普遍滞后于专业知识教育,进入临床实习的医学生在临床医疗过程中缺乏必要的法律意识和自我保护意识,容易导致医疗纠纷。强化实习生防范医疗纠纷意识,培养实习生正确的临床思维程序、规范操作技能、重视医疗文书书写、学习医患沟通技巧等方面在减少、杜绝临床实习过程中各种医疗隐患具有重要作用。

Enhancing training of medical disputes prevention in clinical practice teaching

At present,in medical colleges and universities the teaching in law generalyy lags behind the teaching in profession.The potential medical disputes exist because the medical students lack necessary knowledge in law and sense of self-protection.It is necessary to enhance the sense of medical disputes prevention in medical students.Ability training in clinical thinking,operation,case writing and doctor-patient communication is also important in reducing medical disputes during clinical practice teaching.
