75岁以上老年肺癌病人34例围手术期治疗分析

目的探讨老年肺癌患者围手术期处理方法，预防术后并发症的发生，总结老年肺癌外科治疗的临床经验．方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2009年6月手术治疗的34例75岁以上老年肺癌的围手术期处理及并发症发生情况．结果手术切除率97．06％（33／34），剖胸探查未能切除肿瘤1例．全组发生并发症11例，发生率32．35％，死亡2例，死亡率5．88％．结论老年肺癌病人的高龄不应作为手术的绝对禁忌证，加强围手术期管理并积极地处理并发症，手术治疗是可以取得满意的疗效．

The Peri-operation Treatment of 34 Aged Patients over 75 Years with Lung Cancer
